To assist develop the competencies required to attain the Diploma, we provide the following workshops:

• Project Essentials (2 Days)  

• Stakeholder and Communication Management  (2 Days) 

• Advanced Project Management   (2 Days) 

• Contract Management   (2 Days)

• Portfolio Management   (2 Days)

Candidates will be required to provide ProjectIQ assessors with a Portfolio of Evidence.

This Portfolio is to provide evidence of the candidate's ability to apply the required competencies.
