We assist individuals to become high/higher achievers by providing them with one-on-one coaching.

Our coaching assignments have been with managers to Director level.  Development requirements have included:

  • Improving divisional performance

  • Enhancing presentations to executive teams

  • Improving presence and rapport

  • Managing state-wide projects

We are accredited to use diagnostic instruments to assist with the coaching such as:

  • Personality Profiles including DiSC and HBDI

  • 360 Degree Leadership Instruments

Developing Coaches

We have:

  • conducted Coaching Workshops to develop the skills of line and project managers

  • delivered Coach-the-Coach workshops to develop internal coaches
